Instructions Erasmus+ forms signing

Dear student, internship supervisor abroad or teacher,
The last step in completing your Erasmus+ forms is signing the Grant Agreement and Learning Agreement. The Erasmus+ forms are a condition for receiving your funds. Read the forms well and check if all the information that is listed is correct. By signing you agree to the terms that are stated in these forms. These are contracts, which means you have to abide by the rules once you've signed. If anything changes (for example when you return sooner than expected) make sure to inform the international@vistacollege.nl as soon as possible.
You will get two forms:
The Grant Agreement: signed by the student, possibly a guardian (18-) and by the director of our school.
The Learning Agreement: signed by the student, internship supervisor abroad and teacher from your school.
If everything on the form is correct:
- Click 'next'
- Sign the document with you signature
- Click 'sign'
Once every party has signed, you will receive a copy in your email. Your Erasmus+ forms are ready once everyone has signed.
If something is incorrect:
- click the button 'refuse' and in the box write down what's incorrect. You will receive a new version.

De laatste stap in het invullen van de Erasmus+ formulieren is het ondertekenen van de Grant Agreement en het Learning Agreement. De Erasmus+ formulieren zijn een voorwaarde voor het ontvangen van de financiële middelen. Lees de formulieren goed door en controleer of alle vermelde informatie correct is. Door te ondertekenen stemt u in met de voorwaarden die in deze formulieren zijn opgenomen. Dit zijn contracten, wat betekent dat u zich aan de regels moet houden zodra u heeft getekend. Als er iets verandert (bijvoorbeeld als u eerder terugkeert dan verwacht), zorg er dan voor dat u international@vistacollege.nl zo snel mogelijk op de hoogte stelt.
U ontvangt twee formulieren:
De Grant Agreement: ondertekend door de student, mogelijk een voogd (onder de 18) en door de directeur van onze school.
Het Learning Agreement: ondertekend door de student, de stagebegeleider in het buitenland en de docent van uw school.
Als alles op het formulier correct is:
- Klik op 'volgende'
- Onderteken het document met uw handtekening
- Klik op 'ondertekenen'
Zodra alle partijen hebben getekend, ontvangt u een kopie per e-mail. Uw Erasmus+ formulieren zijn gereed zodra iedereen heeft getekend.
Als er iets onjuist is:
- Klik op de knop 'weigeren' en schrijf in het vak wat er onjuist is. U ontvangt een nieuwe versie.
